Why Renaissance Furnishings? It seems like the world is being taken over by investment companies and large corporations whose goal is to make more millions of dollars for the people who already have more millions of dollars. It is no sin to be rich, but when someone who already has so much money hurts and tramples people so they can make even more money, then that becomes greed. The bottom line for me is this: Jesus said to love your neighbor as yourself , do unto others as you would have them do unto you. That means treating everybody – customers, employees and suppliers – with courtesy and respect. Sell a good product. Take care of the customer.  If there is an honest problem, fix it. Be fair and honest. Do the right thing. Not every decision is based on how much money we can get from someone. Every business needs to make a profit, but money is not god. My goal is to treat everyone with courtesy and respect, give people a good deal, a good product (preferably made in America), and a good price, and leave most of the profit with the people doing most of the work. -Bill Schell
